Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for Hollister Co. by engaging with customers, maintaining store presentation, and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Engage with customers in an outgoing, stylish, and helpful manner
- Demonstrate keen awareness of the store environment, remaining approachable and warm
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers to prioritize their needs
- Communicate genuinely and articulately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink prevention protocols
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
