As a Hollister Brand Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and contribute to sales by connecting with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm demeanor
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
- Ensure the customer is always the first priority
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Manage store presentation and sales floor activities
- Communicate effectively
- Support asset protection and shrink prevention
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
