About This Role

As a Hollister Brand Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and contribute to sales by connecting with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
• Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm demeanor
• Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
• Ensure the customer is always the first priority
• Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
• Manage store presentation and sales floor activities
• Communicate effectively
• Support asset protection and shrink prevention
