This role provides excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, creating a welcoming and helpful environment in the store. The Brand Representative will communicate genuinely, demonstrate awareness of the sales floor, and focus on connecting with customers to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Ensure they always remain approachable and warm with a keen awareness of the store environment
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers by communicating in a genuine and articulate way
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing sales
- Focus on customer experience
- Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
