Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's presentation and sales floor at Hollister Co. Engage with customers, ensure a welcoming environment, and support company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment by remaining approachable and warm
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way
- Demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor
- Ensure store presentation and sales floor standards are met
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
