About This Role

This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining store presentation for retail apparel and accessories. The Brand Representative will communicate effectively with customers to drive sales and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs to provide great customer service
• Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm demeanor
• Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
• Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
• Manage customer experience, store presentation, and sales floor tasks
• Follow asset protection, shrink, policies, and procedures
• Participate in training and development
