The Brand Representative provides excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive store environment. This role focuses on sales floor presence, communication, and adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm demeanor
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Contribute to store presentation and sales floor upkeep
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink prevention policies
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs
