Provide excellent customer service as a Brand Representative, anticipating and responding to customer needs while maintaining an engaging store environment and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, remaining approachable and warm
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Ensure store presentation and sales floor standards are met
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Engage in training and development opportunities
