This Brand Representative role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs in a retail environment. The individual is responsible for maintaining store presentation and engaging with customers to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Ensure keen awareness of the store environment and remain approachable and warm
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Manage customer experience, store presentation, and sales floor activities
- Adhere to asset protection, shrink prevention, policies, and procedures
- Participate in training and development
