Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain store presentation and ensure proper sales floor setup
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely
- Communicate in an articulate way, always prioritizing the customer
- Demonstrate confident and social behaviors to close sales
- Maintain attention to Asset Protection and minimize shrink
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs
