The Brand Representative actively engages with customers, providing excellent service by anticipating needs and maintaining an approachable, helpful demeanor on the sales floor. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through genuine communication and a keen awareness of the store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain an outgoing, stylish, and helpful presence
- Demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment
- Remain approachable and warm to customers
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers through genuine and articulate communication
- Ensure the customer is always the first priority
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale
- Contribute to store presentation and sales floor upkeep
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Engage in training and development activities
