About This Role

Engage retail customers within a national home improvement store to promote HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings, scheduling free in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Responsibilities

Work inside a national retail home improvement store
Engage customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups

Requirements

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
Friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
Minimum age: 18 years
Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
Clean, professional appearance
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Must pass background check
