About This Role

Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Infinity Replacement, promoting premium fiberglass window and door products directly to homeowners. Engage with shoppers at various events to generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations, contributing to a seamless and satisfying window replacement process.

Responsibilities

Represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events
Engage with shoppers and spark interest in premium window and door solutions
Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with new people
Ability to handle rejection with confidence
Enjoy helping customers and making a great first impression
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable being on feet during shifts
18 years of age or older
Have a smartphone
Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
