Branch Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and manage the daily operations of a Credit Union branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and staff development. This role focuses on maximizing member financial well-being and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Branch operations, including planning, recommending, and implementing programs and policies
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff through consistent coaching and professional development
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the assigned branch and establish procedures for goal achievement
• Ensure service outputs meet established organizational standards and values
• Support branch operations by assisting members as a Financial Services Representative
• Monitor branch activity, including loan volume, new accounts, and teller transactions, coaching the team to organizational performance metrics
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of work
• Oversee staff, making recommendations on promotions, transfers, or terminations based on performance
• Evaluate job performance of direct reports through formal performance evaluations and documentation
• Approve member exceptions and authorize service fee refunds when necessary
• Ensure proper availability of daily cash, money orders, and other payment instruments for the branch
• Assist in the investigation of teller losses and institute corrective workflow
• Oversee periodic branch security audits and compliance training
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to OFAC, BSA, and FACTA
