About This Role

Manage and lead a branch sales team for a document imaging and technology dealer, focusing on product solutions, sales team development, and branch profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Understand products and provide solutions to clients, supporting their needs
  • Manage and coach a growing sales branch of 3-4 sales representatives
  • Coach team members and develop them to their fullest potential
  • Meet and set performance standards for the sales team
  • Manage P&L and profitability of the branch
  • Manage receivable turns for the branch
  • Manage the hiring process for the branch
  • Assist operations department/administrative departments to assure all needs are met

Requirements

  • Proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role
  • Experience managing an outside sales team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-6 years in a professional sales management position
  • Sales experience in the copier and printing industry
