About This Role

The Branch Complex Senior Manager will lead a market of Wells Fargo Advisors, focusing on driving organic and inorganic growth. This role involves coaching Financial Advisors for new client acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and recruiting new talent. The manager will be accountable for P&L, expense management, and building relationships within the branch structure and local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit experienced Financial Advisors and retain talent to drive growth
  • Lead team to grow financial outcomes through increased net asset flows, lending balances and same store sales
  • Develop the culture to drive employee engagement and growth in a branch or a series of branches
  • Manage overall branch operations including staff management, COE partnerships, risk/compliance, P&L, and exception management
  • Execute on strategic vision of the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) group to serve client needs
  • Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including senior managers and home office departments
  • Be a visible leader in branches and communities served
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met
  • Partner with the entire market leadership team to support branches and channels represented
  • Fulfill Loan Originator (LO) duties including needs assessing and referring customers interested in dwelling secured products, without taking applications or negotiating terms

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Financial Advisory experience
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Ability to meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements for LO positions

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Financial Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education, and 3+ years of management or leadership experience
