Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach

About This Role

Assist in coaching the Boys Lacrosse team at Del Norte High School, helping to develop training plans, lead practices and meets, and foster a positive, competitive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach and refine skills, techniques, and strategies for lacrosse players
• Assist with game preparation, including line-ups, equipment, and team coordination
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly competitive team culture
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration
• Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student-athletes
• Develop and organize team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives
• Support compliance with all school, CIF and league policies
• Assist with program administrative requirements

Requirements

• Strong background in competitive lacrosse
• Coaching experience
• Commitment to student-athlete development
