The Billing Coordinator will manage the full cycle billing process for a law firm, including client invoicing, time entry, and accounts receivable analysis. This role ensures accurate financial records and assists with training and client intake processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle billing
- Process client invoices (electronic and mail)
- Enter time entries in Aderant
- Set up and manage accounts
- Conduct billing, accounts receivable, and payment analysis
- Assist with new hire training related to billing procedures
- Assist with new business intake processes and client record maintenance
- Monitor and track accounts receivable and resolve outstanding balances
Requirements
- 2-3 years of legal billing experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with Aderant EA Pro Billing
- Knowledge and/or experience in electronic billing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of legal billing experience
