About This Role

The Billing Coordinator will manage the full cycle billing process for a law firm, including client invoicing, time entry, and accounts receivable analysis. This role ensures accurate financial records and assists with training and client intake processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle billing
  • Process client invoices (electronic and mail)
  • Enter time entries in Aderant
  • Set up and manage accounts
  • Conduct billing, accounts receivable, and payment analysis
  • Assist with new hire training related to billing procedures
  • Assist with new business intake processes and client record maintenance
  • Monitor and track accounts receivable and resolve outstanding balances

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of legal billing experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Aderant EA Pro Billing
  • Knowledge and/or experience in electronic billing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2-3 years of legal billing experience
