Supervise Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) programs for children, adults, and families, providing clinical oversight and ensuring effective implementation of services.
Responsibilities
- Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide family consultations and trainings
- Supervise direct treatment staff
- Complete all required documentation for ongoing treatment, including development of treatment methodology and interventions
- Write progress reports
- Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs
- Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
- Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
