About This Role

Supervise Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) programs for children, adults, and families, providing clinical oversight and ensuring effective implementation of services.

Responsibilities

  • Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Provide family consultations and trainings
  • Supervise direct treatment staff
  • Complete all required documentation for ongoing treatment, including development of treatment methodology and interventions
  • Write progress reports
  • Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT)
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs
  • Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
