Serve as a Bilingual Customer Solutions Representative, fostering customer loyalty and driving business growth by providing efficient and accurate solutions to Spanish and English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Spanish and English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding order status and available products
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers to build loyalty and increase sales
- Listen to and analyze customer issues, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions in both English and Spanish
- Ensure customers have complete and up-to-date information about their order status
- Communicate product or service issues within the Customer Solutions department and to relevant additional departments
- Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- Remain flexible and adapt to change as the company grows
- Take initiative and use strategic thinking to position The Restaurant Store as a leader in the online foodservice industry
- Learn about the foodservice industry and the products sold
- Guide customers through the website, providing online shopping assistance and product help
Requirements
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
- Strong commitment to providing hospitality
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with at minimum two office days per week at the corporate campus
Qualifications
- Work experience in a related field is preferred

- College degree or work experience in a related field
