About This Role

Implement ABA therapy programs and collect data on client progress while collaborating with parents and caregivers. This role focuses on providing quality care to individuals and families in the Valley, contributing to a values-based approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes
