About This Role

This role is responsible for supporting the bar and restaurant staff by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables in between guests
• Keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained
• Support the servers in their daily tasks
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
