About This Role

This role is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining stock levels, restocking beverages, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs and ensure a smooth operational flow behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Fill and maintain ice wells for bartenders
• Restock beer and liquor as needed
• Change kegs
• Prep, store, rotate, and stock all garnishes for bartenders
• Maintain constant awareness of bar inventory and needs
• Ensure cleanliness behind bars during and after service
• Restock and organize beer coolers

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
