About This Role

Lead the banquet team in setting up, serving, and tidying up banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and guests have an excellent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Approach every guest and team member with a positive attitude
  • Maintain high attendance standards and adhere to scheduling needs
  • Wear uniform and name tag according to brand guidelines
  • Follow all company rules and certifications, including Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, and Safety
  • Oversee the setup and service of every function
  • Inspect event spaces for readiness
  • Coordinate with Sales and Catering teams
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and requests
  • Handle all equipment and supplies with care

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hotel or related experience
  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Show initiative
  • Meet state alcohol certification requirements
  • Comfortable with financial and data-related tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year of hotel or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
