This role coordinates activities of kitchen and dining room employees during banquet functions to ensure prompt food service and adherence to company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Consult with Manager and/or Chef regarding banquet needs
- Coordinate activities of Banquet employees
- Requisition table linen, china, glassware, Banquet equipment, and any necessary equipment
- Coordinate preparation of all food and beverage for events
- Observe food being served to ensure correct garnishing and arrangement on plates
- Read and execute Banquet Event Order (BEO) forms
- Assure Food & Beverage areas are maintained in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations
- Remain up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food & Beverage outlets
- Provide excellent guest service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
Certifications
Riverside County Health Department card
(Required)
Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate
(Required)
