Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely manner with an energetic greeting
- Listen to customer concerns and requests, documenting accurately
- Generate repair orders with detailed descriptions of customer concerns and requests
- Monitor vehicles in process and update customers as required
- Answer incoming service phone calls and set appointments
- Call customers to gain approval for repairs and services
- Perform all duties with excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- 2 years documented experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
