Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Actively listen to customer requirements, offer accurate information on available vehicle options, and conduct informative test drives.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and videos to engage and negotiate with customers, leading to successful deal closures.
• Establish personal sales goals aligned with dealership targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and finalized deals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing any issues or concerns.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Stay abreast of the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies to provide informed guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in some type of sales or customer service preferred.
