Manage a hearing healthcare clinic in Corvallis, Oregon by administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending rehabilitative services and hearing instruments, and educating patients on hearing healthcare. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care within a well-established network.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations to determine patient needs
- Provide recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and/or accessories
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare
- Actively engage in community outreach
- Deliver the exclusive Nationwide Network of Care (Belcare Promise)
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and staff
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
- Qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Oregon
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Values-driven approach
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
- 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred), proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments
