About This Role

Serve the Veteran community by performing medical assessments as a Licensed Audiologist. This role focuses on conducting tests and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires for disability claims.

Responsibilities

Perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process
Review Veteran medical records uploaded into a computer portal
Conduct Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric tests
Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal
Review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average

Requirements

Au.D from an ASHA Accredited school
Current license as an Audiologist
