Associate Talent Acquisition Partner – Chinese Speaking

About This Role

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at Agoda, you will strategically grow the world-class team in Malaysia and globally through end-to-end, high-volume hiring. You will partner with senior management to create a seamless recruiting process to help Agoda scale its business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
• Build your network with high-potential talents globally to ensure access to the best talent in the market.
• Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for candidate pipeline building and market intelligence.
• Work on recruitment projects and events to support mass hiring initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and attract top talents.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company/BPO set up in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership across the company using a data-driven approach.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, MS Office Suite (Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
• Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Highly passionate about recruitment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company/BPO setup in a high-volume hiring environment.
