Associate Field Service Representative

About This Role

As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair of the Mako Robot for Stryker. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support for this highly complex medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair of our Mako Robot
• Maintain customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support
• Verify and approve the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment
• Exercise sound judgment and decision making in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions
• Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule
• Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
• Achieve and maintain a high level of performance, allowing Stryker to meet and exceed financial goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Sr. Level Field Service Representatives and Sales
• Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment
• Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacity
• Associates or Bachelors degree
