About This Role

The Associate Employee Installation Specialist is responsible for setting up and managing new and renewed group accounts, including structural building, billing setup, and resolving related issues. This role ensures accurate contract loading and prepares plan materials, contributing to an optimized healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research errors by comparing Account Management documentation against multiple internal systems
  • Apply analytical and researching techniques to trend or quantify projects
  • Prepare, process, and maintain new group installation and renewals
  • Reconcile reports and group setup discrepancies, analyze transactional data, and submit retroactive eligibility changes
  • Research and respond to claims processing inquiries from Client Management, Clinical, and other internal departments
  • Perform claim testing to ensure accurate claim adjudication
  • Conduct installation of assigned accounts, including structure building and billing setup, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials
  • Perform overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 1+ years of experience with medical or dental claims processing
  • 1+ years of experience working with Medicaid or Commercial products
  • Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, including occasional overtime
  • Ability to work 3 days onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of data entry experience, 1+ years of experience with medical or dental claims processing, and 1+ years of experience working with Medicaid or Commercial products.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of experience in Facets agreement configuration
  • Experience working with medical claims platforms
  • Experience with NetworX configuration or similar provider pricing tools
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to analyze and interpret reports to support decision-making and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Experience working in a health plan or managed care environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Serve as primary Configuration subject matter expert
  • Experience in AI
