Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
• Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation
• Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
• Represent Hilton Mystic at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry
• Proven success in a leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Delphi software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, with proven success in a leadership role
