Associate Director of Clinical Strategy

About This Role

This role is a Remote Associate Director of Clinical Strategy responsible for driving enterprise-level clinical initiatives, leading national programs, and developing frameworks for affordability and value-based contracting. The position plays a key role in aligning clinical strategy with financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of enterprise initiatives like Extreme Length of Stay (XLOS) Task Force, ensuring alignment with financial and clinical goals
• Lead national programs such as Medical Leadership initiatives, onboarding, and role orientation for CMOs
• Develop and implement playbooks and frameworks for affordability, outlier billing practices, and value-based contracting
• Organize and lead bi-monthly CMO meetings, providing context and supporting presenters with tailored introductions

Requirements

• Advanced degree in healthcare administration, organizational leadership, or related field
• Experience managing enterprise-level clinical programs and task forces
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Community & State operations
