Coach C-Team volleyball athletes, developing their skills and guiding them in team tactics while upholding district policies and fostering a positive and competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate high expectations for athlete behavior and reinforce expectations
- Communicate regularly with the Athletic Director
- Consistently meet responsibilities in a timely manner regarding fiscal management
- Develop positive and respectful communications and relationships with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a program that fosters both individual and team growth and development
- Create a competitive environment in which all athletes experience individual and team success
- Identify and apply a variety of strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities for success in competitions
- Ensure equipment is consistently maintained, inventoried, stored, and re-ordered prior to the beginning of the season
- Plan for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual character development of all athletes
- Produce detailed practice plans that assist with the advancement of individual skills progression and strategy development
- Supervise all facilities and athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be flexible and patient in work demands
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Commitment to the education of students as a primary responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous demands and set clear priorities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
