The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and merchandising. This role focuses on maintaining excellent guest services and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
