The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
