This Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and merchandising. The manager establishes and maintains guest services while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
