About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
