About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent guest services, maximizing sales, and maintaining profitability while controlling expenses and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff members
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
