This Assistant Store Manager role involves establishing and maintaining guest services, supporting the Store Manager in various operational tasks, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability. The manager will develop staff, control expenses, manage shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements
- Prior retail experience
- Prior management experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required
