About This Role

This Assistant Store Manager role is responsible for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by supporting the Store Manager in various operational tasks, including staff development, expense control, merchandising, and inventory control. This position focuses on maintaining excellent Guest Services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
