About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on guest services, sales, profitability, expense control, and merchandising for a retail store.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in overall store operation
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
