Assistant Store Manager

About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining guest services and overseeing all store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising
• Control inventory in adherence with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
