About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff members
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
