Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Prior retail experience
- Prior management experience
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required.
