About This Role

This Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to drive sales and profitability. The role involves managing staff, controlling expenses, and overseeing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
