About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability, and developing staff. This role focuses on maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and executing merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services
  • Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
  • Control expenses and shrinkage
  • Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Prior retail or management experience
  • Age 18 or older

Qualifications

  • Prior retail and or management experience is required.
