This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability while developing staff and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining excellent guest services.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
- Maximize sales and profitability
- Develop staff members
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Prior retail or management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for over 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required
