The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
