About This Role

This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage merchandising and inventory control according to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for over 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
